The brief.

Virgin Atlantic wanted to show prospective employees what it really feels like to be part of their world: the culture, the people, the pride. The brief asked for a suite of recruitment films and photography that would educate candidates while bringing the airline's values to life on screen, anchoring recruitment activity for cabin crew, training and operational hires at one of the UK's most-loved travel and aviation brands.

Our approach.

We embedded across the full Virgin Atlantic operation: the energy of their headquarters, the intensity of cabin crew safety training at the airline's state-of-the-art Crawley facility, and the inner sanctum of the crew gatehouse at Heathrow. Animation and motion graphics let us visualise the parts of the role cameras couldn't capture, and every frame was crafted to reflect the warmth, rigour and ambition that define the airline. From pre-production through to the final edit, we worked closely with Virgin Atlantic's team to make sure every detail was prepared, captured and presented correctly.

The outcome.

The recruitment campaign delivered a powerful, flexible candidate experience that reshaped how Virgin Atlantic attracts and onboards talent. Working alongside recruitment partner Amberjack, the project won Best Employer Brand Development and Best Candidate Experience at the Recruiter Awards 2023, adding to a track record of award-winning recruitment video work we've built alongside brands including Mars, Unilever and Virgin Media.
