Uncorking Potential in the south of France

A hospitality brand film for Hilton. We joined F&B Director Emma Banks and the brand's sommeliers in the south of France for a hands-on wine education trip with renowned winemaker Gérard Bertrand. Filmed at his Languedoc estate alongside presenter Helen McGinn, a working masterclass on the wines that make it onto Hilton's lists. Part of our long-running Uncorking Potential series.

The brief.

Hilton needed a video production partner who could move at their pace and keep up with the variety: brand films one month, sustainability content the next, and event coverage halfway around the world. The brief, more than anything, was about consistency. The films had to feel unmistakably Hilton across every category, every property and every territory, while being made fast enough to keep pace with one of the world's largest hotel groups.

Our approach.

We embedded ourselves deeply enough that the briefing process is now muscle memory. We know the brand voice, the sign-off chain, the things that make Ciaran's culinary team raise an eyebrow. That depth lets us scale, from intimate property films to multi-day event shoots, including a two-week trip to South Africa that remains one of the highlights of the agency. Helen McGinn's Uncorking Potential wine series became a fixture along the way.

The outcome.

Fifty-plus films and a decade later, the Hilton partnership is the longest-running we have. The work has spanned almost every kind of video the hotel group makes: sustainability films, brand overviews, food and drink content, and event coverage on three continents. We now produce video content for Hilton at the pace and quality of an in-house team. The relationship continues to expand, and the bar continues to rise.
