The brief.

Hidden Hearing, one of the UK's leading private healthcare brands, approached us to bring their Life Is Worth Hearing campaign to life. The goal was an emotive, uplifting campaign across film and photography that would challenge perceptions of hearing healthcare by focusing on the beauty of everyday sounds. Content needed to resonate with an older audience, position Hidden Hearing as a premium provider in the hearing care space, and generate new enquiries through brand-led storytelling rather than hard-sell messaging.

Our approach.

With a short deadline and COVID-19 restrictions in play, we put our technical and logistical expertise to the test. We worked flexibly and safely to deliver three TV adverts, social films, and a full brand photography shoot, taking the pressure off Hidden Hearing's in-house team and getting creative with all things visual. Casting, locations, scripting, and a cinematic visual treatment were planned side-by-side so every asset, from the 60-second TV cuts down to the social-first verticals, sat together as one campaign.

The outcome.

The Life Is Worth Hearing campaign was rolled out globally across TV, social media and in-branch. Our cinematic style received phenomenal feedback from the whole Hidden Hearing team and their international partners, with the marketing director praising the work as 'the best campaign we've ever done.' The films continue to anchor Hidden Hearing's brand presence across UK and Europe-wide broadcast, with the photography library re-cut for ongoing seasonal use.
